Change to the personal data collection and use consent form

The personal data collection and use consent form has been revised.

The items collected and the retention period are now stated more clearly, and teams are asked for a separate consent form from each member. The new form can be downloaded from the entry screen; entrants who already submitted the previous form do not need to resubmit.
